This policy serves to ensure that the company is hiring suitably qualified security officers. As a means of achieving this goal, M.I.U has incorporated ASIS International “Private Security and Training Guideline”. The requirement is that, each person should pass, written or performance examinations in order to demonstrate that he or she understands the subject matter and has the ability to perform basic duties.
After passing the written exam, each officer selected must undergo two weeks of theory and practical training, so as to; understand what the job entails, and obtain specific skills, knowledge, discipline and attitudes necessary for functioning in the capacity of a qualified security officer.
